A busy season has begun at their Italian shipyard, according to Benetti, with three superyachts over 100 metres leaving its Livorno facility over the next few months, with one rumoured to be for an Australian owner.
Benetti FB277 will be the first to be launched on 18 December during a private event.
This week, for the first time ever, she saw the light of day as she gradually emerged from the shed.
With a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, FB277 measures 107 metres in length. She has a beam of 15.2-metres and a full load displacement of 3,300 tons.
FB277 has been designed entirely by Benetti and built in collaboration with Imperial Yachts, who were in charge of the project’s management and supervision, on behalf of the owner.
