Off the back of its appearance at the recent Cannes Yachting Festival, British boatbuilder Sunseeker will showcase a line-up of models at the Monaco Yacht Show, running from 25 to 28 September 2024 in Port Hercule.
The line-up features three Sunseeker models: the 88 Yacht, 90 Ocean and 95 Yacht. In total, Sunseeker offers a 22-strong range of yachts, from 76 to 100 feet, with designs catering to both cruising and watersports. The Ocean range, which emphasises performance and functionality, features a design that maximises the connection between indoor and outdoor areas.
“For us, it is always a great honour to be at the Monaco Yacht Show, a wonderful setting where Sunseeker has exhibited since the early 1990s,” says Andrea Frabetti, chief executive officer of Sunseeker International. “There is no other place in the world that can attract a global audience with spectacular entertainment, luxury hotels and the finest dining in the world.”
Frabetti continues: “Every year, we welcome our international clients to view our range of yachts and superyachts, and this September will be again the occasion to involve them in the great experience of our brand, unique in the sector in embodying multiple aspects with coherence and style.
“Our long history and our strong identity, combined with a deep knowledge, consolidated technical skills, but also with state-of-the-art design, drive for innovation and concrete vision of the future needs of our clients, allow us to compete in a very complex market preserving our top-level position.”
The Sunseeker 88 Yacht features an exterior design with a sleek hardtop roof and an optional central canopy. Measuring 26.38 metres in length, it can accommodate up to eight guests and four crew members. The yacht includes a Beach Club accessed by dual staircases with LED lighting. The area is equipped with an X-Tend sunbed, which can be adjusted to face the water or raised to the cockpit.
The flybridge has a spacious layout, with furniture on the aft deck and the option for an infinity spa bath and sun pad. The main deck is designed to provide a large entertainment area, with a galley positioned forward to maximise the open-plan space. Additional features include a fixed breakfast bar and practical storage solutions. The interior offers various textures and finishes, including stainless steel detailing and modern furnishings.
The master stateroom is centrally located, utilising the yacht’s beam to enhance space. The stateroom includes a large bathroom, a walk-in closet, and the use of refined materials throughout. The VIP cabin is on a higher level and accessed via a staircase, with a decorative panel separating the bedroom area for added privacy.
The Sunseeker 95 Yacht combines a superyacht feel with motor yacht practicality. A unique layout on the main deck includes a master cabin configuration, providing additional space and flexibility. The master stateroom is located on the main deck, with a staircase leading to a dressing area and ensuite bathroom, while the raised pilot house offers more room on the main deck.
The flybridge is equipped with a second helm, bar, and seating areas, and features the option for a hot tub. The yacht is based on the classic deep-V hull.
The Sunseeker 90 Ocean is a 27.1-metre yacht with an expanded beam of 7.16 metres, providing 20 percent more on board volume compared to previous models. The beach club area measures 6 by 4 metres, providing plenty of space for socialising, and includes a built-in BBQ. A Besenzoni ‘Ladder Gangway’ facilitates water access, while an oversized rain shower and adjustable X-Tend sunbeds add to the amenities.
The hydraulic platform allows for the storage and launching of a jetski, Williams 460 SportJet, and two SeaBobs.
Sunseeker says the flybridge offers a 25 percent increase in space compared to similar yachts, with options for an infinity spa pool, barbecue and bar. A carbon fibre hardtop with a retractable canopy provides shade for the seating and dining area, which can be configured to the owner’s exact requirements.
