Sirena Yachts has introduced its new project, the Sirena 118, at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024. The 36-metre GRP superyacht represents the beginning of a larger composite line, featuring a waterline length exceeding 24 metres and a gross tonnage under 300GT.
The design of the Sirena 118 is ongoing, with renderings presented at the show demonstrating its size and layout. The yacht comprises three decks of accommodation, topped with a large sun deck with an optional circular pool and lounging area at the bow, alongside a spacious beach club at the aft.
Sirena’s signature plumb bow is incorporated into the design, providing additional volume in the hull. The lower deck accommodates a VIP suite and up to four guest cabins, while the forward section of the main deck houses the owner’s stateroom. An alternative layout offers a two-deck owner’s suite, connected by a spiral staircase to a relaxation area with a fold-down swim platform.
The social spaces are designed for flexibility, with an informal dining and lounge area on the main deck aft, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and seamless access to the outdoor deck. The upper deck includes additional dining space, a wet bar, and a more private exterior deck. The yacht is designed to operate with a crew of five, but the crew capacity can increase to seven with an upper deck captain’s cabin.
German Frers has developed the underwater profile of the yacht, while the exterior design is crafted by Sirena’s in-house team to reflect the brand’s core design language. Cor D Rover is responsible for the interior design, though owners have the option to customise the interior.
The Sirena 118 is built for performance. It is constructed in GRP and features a fast-displacement hull equipped with two MAN V12 engines, delivering a total of 3,100 hp, providing a top speed of 16 knots and an economical cruising speed of 11 knots. With the more powerful 3,800 hp engine package, the yacht achieves a top speed of 21 knots.
“The Sirena 118 will be the largest GRP yacht we have built to date,” says Sirena CEO Cagin Genc.
“This superyacht is being carefully developed as the highest expression yet of the values that have made Sirena Yachts and Sirena Superyachts so successful around the world.
“Smart solutions, impeccable engineering, and sharp contemporary styling combine with our deep appreciation of the yachting lifestyle. We are looking forward to keeping yachting fans updated as the project develops towards completion in 2026.”
