The construction of the first Sirena Superyachts 42-metre model is progressing, with the Turkish shipyard confirming that the hull and superstructure have been joined. The vessel is scheduled for launch in 2026.

Luca Vallebona has designed the exterior and interior layouts, and Hot Lab handled interior design as part of The Viken Group. The Sirena 42M also incorporates naval architecture by Van Oossanen. The model features open areas for socialising, large external relaxation zones, a master cabin with a private patio and a beach club with drop-down bulwarks.

Sirena says the layout of the 42-metre Sirena Superyachts model is designed for customisation. Owners can position the suite on either the main or upper deck, which affects the arrangement of the saloon to allow for a dedicated dining area or a more informal setting. A guest area in the bow can be configured for dining or relaxation.

A sliding door at the bow of the owner’s cabin creates a transition between indoor and outdoor areas, while the patio includes options such as a pergola, a pool and a staircase leading to the upper deck. This space extends the forward cabin’s outdoor area and integrates it smoothly with the overall design.

The interior of the main deck incorporates an aft saloon that connects to the aft pool, which is slightly lower.

Large windows provide natural light and external views, while minimal lateral pillars help ensure unobstructed sightlines.

The lower deck contains four guest cabins, including two VIP cabins with transverse beds. A wardrobe-integrated partition optimises space here, while ensuite bathrooms separate the cabins from technical areas such as the garage and engine room, contributing to overall sound insulation. The interior combines curved and linear design elements, with fillets and dynamic walls balancing structure and style.

A version with an extended living area features an aft saloon dedicated to lounging alongside two adaptable spaces. One, located forward of the stairs on the starboard side, can function as a game room, sitting area or studio. The forward section serves as a dining area, with plenty of natural light and easy patio access.

Sirena says the 42M’s interior design incorporates both Nordic and Mediterranean influences, using a combination of linear and curved geometries. Materials include natural beech and oak, with fabrics such as cotton and chenille for sofas. Metal with a titanium finish is applied to deckhead panels as part of a light colour palette that maximises natural light.
