The Epicure is a low-profile, built-in, Australian-made stainless-steel barbecue that takes cooking to the next level.

Ready to drop into your bench top or cabinet, it’s suitable for residential or boat use.

The barbecue body is built from high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel body and the cooking plate from 6-millimetre, 2205 duplex grade stainless steel cooking plate with black glass enamel coating.

It’s powered by 2 x 1600W 240V electric elements and offers superior heat retention with left and right-hand cooking zones with a machined griddle plate on the right and solid, flat cooking plate on the left, allowing you to cook multiple ingredients at once.
