Red Sea Week, described as “the pinnacle of superyacht parties”, involved 650 guests aboard superyachts moored at and around the Island’s new Marina.

During the Island’s inauguration ceremony in late October, Sindalah was positioned as “the ultimate luxury yachting destination in the Red Sea”.

Located off the northwestern shores of Saudi Arabia, the ambitious and futuristic project is the result of collaboration among renowned architects, engineers, and designers, including Stefano Ricci, who designed the Sindalah Yacht Club, one of the first structures completed and inaugurated for the event.

The Italian Sea Group showcased an impressive array of 10 models from its fleet at the Sindalah Yacht Club, generating considerable interest among attendees for their high aesthetic value, exceptional quality, and sustainable performance.

Speaking of the event and TISG’s participation,  Giovanni Costantino, Founder and CEO of The Italian Sea Group said they were proud to be part of the official opening.

“Participating in the Red Sea Week in Sindalah, a location that will set new standards in the world of luxury travel, was a significant moment for presenting our yachts in a strategically important area for us from a commercial point of view, generating great curiosity among the guests,” he said.

“I would like to thank Cavaliere Stefano Ricci for the outstanding professional synergy, which will surely lead to further major projects together.”

Since its October inauguration, Sindalah has welcomed its first wave of invited guests, marking the official opening of the island – NEOM’s first destination. With a year-round climate and glistening azure waters, Sindalah offers unique experiences above and below the water. Spread over 840,000 square meters, and featuring a state-of-the-art, 86-berth marina, Sindalah will usher in a new season of sailing.

Sindalah is an idyllic and exclusive retreat five kilometers off the NEOM coastline. The island is home to a range of breathtaking properties from world-renowned hospitality brands offering 440 rooms and 88 villas, as well as 218 serviced apartments.

A luxurious resort is set in the heart of Sindalah and features 40 rooms and 20 villas, providing premium facilities for guests.

The cornerstone of the island, The Village is a vibrant social space featuring experiential dining, community cafés and late-night venues. With myriad spaces to explore, experiences designed to enthral and 24/7 entertainment, it is the beating pulse of Sindalah. Visitors are invited to enjoy a calendar of imaginative experiences for every time of the year and indulge in world-class hospitality and fine dining at restaurants backed by renowned chefs.

The Marina is operated by IGY Marinas, the world’s leading globally integrated superyacht network of deep-water marina destinations. Based in the South of France, IGY has marinas located from Miami to Cannes, and will bring nearly two decades of experience to Sindalah Marina.

With 86 berths for yachts up to 50-metres and 75 mooring buoys for superyachts up to 180-metres, the Marina will have the space and amenities owners need for a safe, comfortable stay.
