At the heart of Greenline’s exhibit at boot 2025 was the revolutionary Responsible Power Pack, a cutting-edge innovation designed to make diesel-powered yachts more sustainable by eliminating the need for a generator.
This system combines advanced lithium batteries and high-efficiency alternators to deliver faster charging, extended anchoring time, and up to 80 percent emissions savings while at anchor.
The Responsible Power Pack offers all the benefits of hybrid technology without the need to go fully hybrid, ensuring silent and efficient operation. This groundbreaking setup allows up to 48 hours of silent anchoring, transforming the onboard experience and significantly reducing reliance on generators.
In addition to highlighting this innovation, Greenline Yachts presented its Responsible Yachting program, showcasing its commitment to sustainable and forward-thinking building practices.
Visitors heard about the company’s use of certified low-emission resins, foam cores made partially from recycled PET plastics, and advanced vacuum infusion manufacturing techniques that minimise environmental impact.
“Greenline Yachts takes a very different stance to many boatbuilders, preferring to create long-lasting, seaworthy vessels with timeless looks,” explained Vladimir Zinchenko, owner of Greenline Yachts.
“Our boats maintain their appeal year-after-year, selling well without resorting to endless design updates. This is the reason our display at boot this year may look familiar to followers of the brand. It is both our superpower and a core element of our Responsible Yachting philosophy.”
Greenline Yachts has been building the Greenline 40 since 2011, making it one of the yard’s most successful models to date. With its 40-foot length, it represents the ideal blend of manageable size and spacious living.
What’s more, it offers a smoother, more stable ride in diverse conditions, thanks to Greenline’s signature super-displacement hull, engineered for maximum efficiency in the water.
The Greenline 40 is equipped with standard solar panels that generate up to 1.98 kW, providing a daily charge of around 10 kWh. This technology, paired with advanced LiPo batteries as part of an optional hybrid system or responsible power pack, allows the yacht to remain at anchor with air conditioning for approximately two days without relying on a generator. It’s a testament to Greenline’s commitment to Responsible Yachting.
The yacht’s layout is designed to enhance both functionality and social interaction. The aft galley is seamlessly connected to the cockpit seating area, transforming it into an inviting extension of the indoor living space, ideal for hosting or relaxing.
The galley is equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, ensuring all the comforts of home during extended stays. Inside the saloon, the 360-degree panoramic view bathes the space in natural light, creating a bright, open atmosphere. Practical features like the navigator’s side door enhance safety and convenience, providing ease of movement throughout the yacht.
Below deck, the Greenline 40 offers comfortable sleeping quarters, including a spacious owner’s cabin and a well-appointed guest cabin. The interior is crafted with precision and care, featuring fine-grain wood cabinetry and options for personalised finishes in walnut, teak, or silver oak.
These premium materials contribute to a warm and inviting environment. Every detail of the Greenline 40 reflects meticulous craftsmanship, setting it apart as a yacht that embodies individuality and quality.
Bringing a new level of sophistication and versatility to mid-range yachting, the Greenline 45 Coupé combines innovative design with responsible technology. With a focus on comfort and eco-responsibility, the yacht makes the perfect choice for families seeking a refined, unforgettable experience on the water.
It offers flexible layouts to suit different needs, including a two-cabin, two-bathroom configuration or a three-cabin, two-bathroom option. The full-beam owner’s cabin, located amidships, provides superior comfort and space, while the VIP guest cabin in the bow ensures a luxurious stay for family or friends.
Both cabins feature ensuite bathrooms with separate showers and walk-in wardrobes, delivering a blend of functionality and elegance. For added versatility, the third cabin can be converted into a fully equipped office, catering to the growing trend for remote working.
The exterior design of Greenline 45 Coupé is all about connection and ease. A spacious cockpit with comfortable bench seating and a dining table flows seamlessly into the saloon through sliding glass windows, creating a unified space for socialising and relaxation.
At the bow, a sunbed with an optional folding bimini provides a shaded retreat, while the large bathing platform offers effortless access to the water and ample toy storage.
Inside, Marco Casali’s elegant design philosophy shines through, with a warm, inviting décor complemented by large windows that flood the space with natural light.
The aft galley, perfectly situated for indoor and outdoor dining, adds to the yacht’s functional charm, while the L-shaped saloon invites cosy gatherings in style.
Greenline 45 Coupé exemplifies Greenline Yachts’ commitment to Responsible Yachting. Equipped with nine standard solar panels generating up to 2.8 kW of solar charge, the yacht is capable of extended stays on the water without resorting to the traditional generator. This self-sufficiency enhances the yachting experience, offering a quieter and cleaner time afloat.
Greenline Yachts has developed a distinctive philosophy of responsible yachting. This is not simply a matter of hybrid propulsion and solar panels – the whole design ethos of Greenline Yachts is built around efficiency in the water.
It starts with the superdisplacement hulls of each model, which have been rigorously developed and tested to provide the smoothest ride, stability and efficiency at both lower and higher speeds.
Responsible Yachting extends to the construction process as well. The high-tech foam sandwich used to strengthen the hull comes from recycled PET plastic. Lay-up is through vacuum infusion, ensuring very precise material use.
Currently using exclusively vinyl-ester resin allowing a 5-year warranty against osmosis. Furthermore the yard’s technicians are experimenting with natural fibres and green resins in the lay-up of the yachts themselves.
The shipyard is also reducing waste and power usage on the production lines. Any offcuts of wood from the interior fit-out are collected and pressed into heating pellets, while leftover foam is reused by a neighbouring company to produce home insulation. Production of single-use marketing materials has been almost eliminated and even then, it is clearly focused on recycled or sustainable materials.
Greenline Yachts is also working on an annual Greenline Yachts award to recognise those owners who have made the biggest strides towards responsible yachting each year. For example, the awards will celebrate the owner whose yacht has generated the greatest amount of solar power over that year, as well as the highest number of electric engine hours. This data can be tracked by the client via the Greenline app if the owners agree.
It is all part of the Greenline Yachts philosophy of empowering owners to put sustainability at the core of their yachting experience. That is why Greenline Yachts makes sure that every new yacht it delivers is equipped with biodegradable green yacht wash that does no harm to the ocean, and that all its owner’s manuals are in digital form, not printed.
