The wallywhy100 is set to make its world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024, which takes place 10 to 15 September. The 21.4-metre yacht will be showcased within the 70-foot (21.3-metre) segment at the show.
The wallywhy100 is the latest model in the next-generation wallywhy range, following the larger wallywhy200 and wallywhy150. It integrates several key features from its predecessors, focusing on lines, comfort, and performance.
The yacht features a single living level, characterised by a glass superstructure, open living areas and an expansive sea terrace, allowing for a continuous flow from bow to stern.
The design reflects a shift in how the onboard space interacts with the sea and surroundings, featuring a large guest area that seamlessly transitions from the saloon to the deck and sea terrace.
The aft sea terrace spans 14 square metres and includes a hydraulic high-low platform for launching tenders and toys up to 3.6 metres in length. A separate hydraulic passerelle-swim ladder provides access to the water or dock.
Additionally, drop-down wings aft extend the terrace area by approximately 50 percent, offering wide views of the surroundings.
The angular glass superstructure houses a hybrid saloon and dining area, as well as the yacht’s internal helm with joystick control. The yacht is powered by twin D13 engines, achieving a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top speed of 27 knots with the Volvo Penta IPS1350 option.
The lower deck features a full-beam master cabin with an ensuite, equipped with electrically switched privacy glass. There are two additional guest cabins—a VIP stateroom to port and a twin to starboard—each with ensuite facilities and large hull portholes. The yacht also provides dedicated crew access from both the main and lower decks, ensuring separation from guest areas.
On the foredeck, a multi-use lounge with seats that convert into sunbeds can serve as an aperitivo area or for alfresco dining.
This flexible area is designed to be used while the yacht is at anchor or underway and accommodates various types of cruising.
At the Cannes Yachting Festival, visitors will also have the opportunity to view the wallypower50, another addition to Wally’s motor range, which will be displayed on the water following its debut at boot Düsseldorf 2024.
