Italian boatbuilder Riva has opened a new Riva Lounge in Puerto Banús, a marina in Nueva Andalucía on Spain’s Costa del Sol.
The new venue, located on the large yachts quay, is managed by yacht and auto charter company Swiss Yachts.
The new Riva Lounge will welcome guests with its interior decor, inspired by the details featured on the brand’s boats, and the instantly recognisable aquamarine and mahogany colour scheme.
The lounge has a spacious interior dining area, with a ribbed mahogany counter like the Riva boat decks and tables with Aquarama chairs.
Guests sitting on the new Riva collection couches can admire the view of an Aquariva, a Riva 66’ Ribelle, and a Riva 82′ Diva, the latest creation in the flybridge range. All are available for charter, cocktail parties, and dinners aboard.
Riva fans are in luck as, for the fourth year running, the renowned Porto Cervo Riva Lounge at the Waterfront Costa Smeralda in Sardinia has re-opened for the season.
Until 8 September, guests can relax and sip cocktails while enjoying the sea view in an atmosphere that conjures the golden age of Italy’s la dolce vita.
Inside, items from the Riva Boutique will be on sale in the space set aside for the so-called Riva Brand Experience. The Waterfront Costa Smeralda, designed by architect Gio Pagani, is also home to the Ferretti Group VIP Lounge.
In addition to Porto Cervo and Puerto Banús, other Riva destinations include the Riva Lounges at The Gritti Palace in Venice; at the Yacht Club de Monaco in Monte Carlo; the Ikador Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa in Opatija; the Riva Private Decks at Nammos Beach on Mykonos and Lezzeno on Lake Como; and the Riva Privées at the Splash Bistro in Paris.
Other destinations include Daní Maison on Ischia, the Osteria Spirito Di Vino in Lovere on Lake Iseo and the Jeddah Yacht Club in Jeddah.
