The Ferretti Yachts 670 has undergone a comprehensive redesign, building on the success of its predecessor. The model, initially launched for Ferretti Yachts’ 50th anniversary, retains its signature characteristics while introducing new features aimed at optimising functionality and comfort. The updated version debuted at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 in September.

With an overall length of 20.24 metres and a beam of 5.38 metres, the Ferretti Yachts 670 is the product of collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee, chaired by Piero Ferrari, and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. The exterior design, developed in partnership with architect Filippo Salvetti, complements interiors styled by Ideaeitalia.

Ferretti Group says the model maintains its emphasis on spacious, light-filled interiors and introduces refined exterior styling. Fresh enhancements include increased seating and storage capacity and improved ergonomics throughout the vessel.

The cockpit and stern platform span approximately 20 metres squared, providing ample space for alfresco dining and direct water access.

Two transom storage compartments help keep the area uncluttered. A tender lift accommodates tenders up to 3.45 metres in length.

At the bow, the outdoor living area measures around 11 metres squared. It features three large sofas, with optional tables that convert into relaxation surfaces. Additional storage is integrated beneath the seating.

The flybridge layout remains similar to the original model, with increased seating in the dining area and an optional large sunpad at the stern.  A central cabinet faces a social area featuring a C-shaped sofa and dining table.

Forward, the helm station is equipped with a Poltrona Frau chair, adjacent to another sunpad. The redesigned hard top now includes an opening central section, with an electric bimini top available as an alternative.

The interiors, redesigned by Ideaeitalia, begin with the cockpit on the main deck, leading through a sliding glass door to the lounge. This area includes two large-facing sofas and a central coffee table, with a concealed TV unit behind the port-side sofa.

The galley, positioned two steps above the lounge, adopts a more functional layout, opening into the dining area with an L-shaped sofa and dining table. The helm station features integrated Naviop-Simrad instruments and a pillarless windshield for enhanced visibility.

On the lower deck, the owner’s suite occupies the mid-section, offering 18 m² of space, including a centrally placed bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. A study area can be replaced with an additional 4m² cabin in an alternative layout.

The bow hosts the VIP cabin, while a double cabin is situated on the starboard side. Both feature ensuite bathrooms with separate showers. Aft, the crew cabin includes a private bathroom and optional access to the engine room via a watertight door.

Two interior design options are available on the new 670: Classic, incorporating warm, natural tones, and Contemporary, featuring lighter woods and sea-inspired fabrics.

The standard engine configuration includes twin 1,000 mph MAN V8 engines, offering a top speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 25 knots (preliminary data). Optional 1,200 map engines provide a top speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 28 knots.

An optional stabilisation package with two Seakeeper NG6 gyroscopic stabilisers enhances stability during both cruising and anchoring.
