Three new hotels from Accor’s premium brand, The Sebel are set to open in Australia and New Zealand in the next year.

The much-anticipated The Sebel Yarrawonga, located in the Murray River region adjacent to Silverwoods Golf and Lifestyle Resort, is set to open its doors to guests on 1 November 2020.
The multi-million dollar development will set a new benchmark in accommodation, dining, conference and events facilities for the Murray River region.
Situated an hours’ drive from Albury town centre, a three-hour drive from Melbourne and five hours from Sydney, The Sebel Yarrawonga will offer 63 stylishly appointed studios rooms and apartments, with a further 54 rooms expected in stage two of the development later in 2022–23.
It will initially open two of its three food and beverage venues – Stock & Barrel bar and casual dining and Sunset Pool Bar – with Elizabeth’s fine dining restaurant and functions set to open in December.

The Sebel Melbourne in Melbourne’s Eastern suburb of Ringwood will open on 22 February 2021 with 103 rooms, including full apartment-style rooms.
Spanning six floors, the property will feature 48 studio apartments, 48 one-bedroom suites and seven two-bedroom suites.
Guest access to impressive onsite amenities includes an ultra-modern fitness centre, four sophisticated and well-appointed meeting spaces, two practical function rooms, a restaurant, and a bar and an open-air terrace.
Located 23 kilometres east of Melbourne’s CBD and two minutes from retail shopping mecca Eastland, Ringwood is the gateway to the Yarra Valley and a rapidly growing commercial corridor.
The Sebel Wellington Lower Hutt will open in June 2021. The property will overlook the Hutt River on the eastern shores of Wellington Harbour, a short distance from Wellington International Airport.
This apartment-style hotel will offer 60 fully serviced studios and one-bedroom apartments. Complete with a restaurant and bar, Biscotti, this new hotel embraces The Sebel brand standards, with warm, stylish and homely furnishings to make guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive in The Sebel lounge.
