Galeon Yachts has revealed two feature-filled yachts in their next generation of models – the Galeon 400 FLY and 410 HTC.

Launched at the Nautic Paris Boat Show in December 2019, the new Galeon 400 FLY is the most compact of the Galeon models to offer the innovative, ‘beach-mode’ retractable balconies.

The yacht’s dynamic shape is a clear extension of Galeon’s characteristic design, with large windows merging with the hull form.

The 400 FLY promises to be their most innovative yacht in the range, providing the feel of a much larger yacht. Featuring large saloon windows and one-piece windscreen, interior and exterior spaces blend seamlessly to create an amazing sense of space.

The flybridge is set up for socialising with a refrigerator, ample seating and a table that converts to a sunpad for lounging. The foredeck also offers a sun lounge and seat, and walk-around decks complete with high handrails for added safety and ease of docking.

The main deck comprises a full galley and comfortable saloon with a large bifold door to the cockpit that boasts drop-down balconies for added space and entertaining.

Below deck, two spacious cabins and two separate ensuites feature plenty of storage space and large windows for light and ventilation. The interior styling is characterised by the impeccable craftsmanship, contemporary fixtures and precision finishes the Galeon brand is renowned for.

Another 2020 premiere, the Galeon 410 HTC, has been described by the company as a “breath of fresh air in the hardtop line category.”

The 410 HTC is based on the hull of the 400 FLY, presenting a more sporty silhouette that is matched by its quality interior. The hardtop offers a large glass sunroof over the helm station. The soft canvas roof covers the cockpit and opens with the touch of a button.

The foredeck comprises a sun lounge, creating an additional leisure space. Galeon’s hallmark feature – ‘beach mode’ – extends the 410 HTC’s deck space for entertaining and relaxation.

The spacious galley and saloon flow seamlessly from the cockpit. Below decks, the two cabins each adjoining the ensuite are roomy and well-appointed.

Todd Holzapfel, Director at Alexander Marine Australia, the exclusive distributor for Galeon Yachts in Australia and New Zealand, said the new models are already enjoying strong interest and orders into Europe and the U.S.

“The 400 FLY delivers much more space and many more lifestyle features than its competitors’ 40-foot models.

Galeon has packed all the inspired attributes of the larger models into 11 metres, including the ‘beach mode’ balconies, which set Galeon motor yachts apart.

“We have been buoyed by the response to the Galeon range since the brand’s launch in Australia last year. We look forward to enquiries on these models, which are available to order. Meanwhile, we are getting ready for the Australian 2020 inventory to arrive – the award-winning Galeon 640 Fly, the 510 Skydeck and the 500 Fly.”
