Amels Yacht Building and Damen Yachting have released the first glimpse of their upcoming SeaXplorer 58. The third vessel in the two brands’ collaborative SeaXplorer range and the collection’s first fully custom model.

Remaining in line with the collection’s balance of both function and style, the 58 metre, 1090 Gross Tonne super yacht offers both innovative indoor designs as well as an expansive outdoor experience. The former, designed by the award-winning British interior architecture firm, Design Unlimited, offering an aesthetic that’s been described as both personal as it is intriguing.

The exterior, developed by Azure Yacht Design, adopts elements of luxury that acknowledges modern necessity. The most distinctive being the luxury cabana-style outdoor lounge, bar with folding balconies, infinity pool, certified helideck and six onboard suites, housing up to 12 guests and 15 crew members.

But underlying the SeaXplorer 58 is its optimisation for safety and efficiency. The upcoming model featuring an Ice Class hull, allowing for a safer operating experience within polar waters, as well as a premium synthetic teak deck, chilled garbage stores and wastewater tanks.

Updates that allow for a low-maintenance, sustainable operations and up to 30 days without a port call.

“With fresh breezes and shaded ocean vistas, the whole aft of the yacht will be a beautiful and inspiring space to experience the world,” says Damen Yachting’s SeaXplorer Design Manager, Enrique Tintore.

“But experience is not just about amazing views, it’s also out on the water with the SeaXplorer 58’s custom 11.4-metre performance sailboat, two large multi-role tenders and a wide range of toys.”

“[The SeaXplorer 58] also carries road and off-road vehicles and motorcycles.”

The SeaXplorer 58 will be the fifth Damen Yachting delivery from the builder’s Antalya facility, and is expected to be first available in 2022 with a fast delivery of less than two years.
