During MYS 2019, Winch launched collections with The Rug Company, Turnstyle Designs and Summit Furniture, as well as one-of-a-kind pieces with Thomas Mercer and Crystal Caviar.

Day 3 of The Monaco Yacht Show was kicked off with the launch of the new Winch Design rug collection, in collaboration with The Rug Company.

Guests attended a breakfast at The Monaco Yacht Club, where the rugs, inspired by the natural and organic forms of Land, Sea and Air, were laid out for all to admire.

Winch Design and Summit Furniture exhibited their debut exterior furniture collection, Arc at the show, celebrated with a drinks party.

Guests were able to experience this beautiful, beach club inspired collection in all its contemporary glory.

Winch Design and Turnstyle’s relationship continues to go from strength to strength, having showcased their new ‘Labyrinth’ collection of handles and doorpulls, which takes its inspiration from the geometric patterns of brain coral and mazes.

At this year’s show, Winch Design, Thomas Mercer and for the first time, Marmor Hotavlje, proudly presented Chelys, the third one-of-a-kind collaboration between Winch and Thomas Mercer.

Expertly carved from white onyx by Marmor Hotavlje’s master stone-masons, the intricate chronometer is encased in a delicately carved shell and was the talking point at the stand this year.

“The Wave” is a stunning one-off piece, inspired by Andrew Winch and Marek Landa’s shared love of the sea, and signed by Andrew himself.

The Winch Design and Tai Ping installation was on display at the show and showcased the time-perfected artistry of hand tufted rug making, bringing to life a wall-to-wall installation piece – a unique, three-dimensional aerial view of a Japanese zen garden made entirely using hand tufted techniques

In addition to the new collections, Winch was also delighted to showcase their current range with Foglizzo Leathers.

The range celebrates the compelling textures and colours of land, air and sea, in turn, reflecting the three design disciplines at Winch Design: architecture, aviation and yacht design.
