30th anniversary and still more to come

This year, ZF Services will celebrate its 30^th year of business in Australia.

Coming from humble origins, ZF Services launched its Australian operations in March 1987 with just five employees from a headquarters based at Seven Hills in Sydney’s West. Since then, they’ve expanded, now inhabiting a custom-built facility at Arndell Park, Sydney, with over sixty employees, distribution hubs in Sydney and Perth, and service partners across Oceania.

“ZF Services Australia has grown significantly over the past 30 years and we have our customers to thank for that,” said Mark Sookias, Managing Director of ZF Services Australia.

Throughout its 30 years, ZF Services Australia has focused on establishing relationships with leading local and global manufacturers and businesses to provide the highest quality service to their customers. In the marine sector, ZF have supplied the Royal Australian Navy since 1987, distributing and servicing an extensive range of products including transmissions, bow thrusters, ZF controls and shift brakes.

What will the next 30 years bring? Looking ahead, ZF looks to develop its Openmatics intelligent connectivity solutions and products, including advanced driver assistance systems for autonomous vehicles.
