Marine industry and boat lovers counting down days to SCIBS 2019.

An action-packed program of world and national launches, ground-breaking marine technology and non-stop entertainment is set to draw more than 45,000 people to the 31st Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS).

More than 300 exhibitors have signed on to showcase their latest vessels and products at the event, which will be held from May 23-26 at the iconic Gold Coast resort community.

One of the boat show’s most popular attractions, the Main Pavilion – which includes the Superyacht & Marine Pavilion – is fully booked one month from the event after organisers reconfigured its layout to improve the experience for both visitors and exhibitors.

Renowned boating brands will unveil their latest creations at SCIBS 2019, with other exhibitors will making an appearance for the first time. Maritimo, Riviera, Princess, Galeon, Ocean Alexander, Palm Beach Yachts and Horizon will all unveil their latest creations at SCIBS 2019, with other exhibitors including Benetti, Whitehaven, Ribco, Alexander Marine, Multihull Solutions. Rivera will also host their Festival of Boating at Sanctuary Cove.

Maritimo will unveil the much-anticipated X50. The Maritimo X50 incorporates an innovative aft accommodation space accessible from saloon and swim platform deck, while the customisable aft cabin can be optioned and utilised as a beach club with ensuite, twin single stateroom with ensuite or tender garage.

Whitehaven Motor Yachts will present the much-anticipated Harbour Classic 40 and the all-new Whitehaven 6100 Coupe with its incredible superyacht-inspired Euro Edition styling package.

The Horizon FD77 Skyline will debut at the Show, alongside two ever-popular Horizon E75, a fully refurbished E73 motor yachts and the new.

Ribco will debut the next generation of its flagship vessel, the 2019 Venom 44, which features a new spacious deck design and the latest triple Mercury Verado V8 engines.

Alexander Marine Australia will launch the Galeon Yachts brand at the show, and will also debut the Ocean Alexander 88 Skylounge.

“Galeon motor yachts are totally unique thanks to the design input of internationally-regarded naval architects and a talented design team. You will be amazed by the innovative design features such as aft side fold out balconies and the versatile window systems featured on board each vessel,” says Alexander Marine Australia Dealer Principal, Todd Holzapfel.

“We’re sure Australian and NZ boaties and newcomers to boating will be just as impressed with the Galeon range as we are!”

The Palm Beach GT50 Express will be unveiled in its home waters at the 2019 Sanctuary Cove International boat Show.

“We designed the systems and built the yacht to be turn-key,” Richards said. “We want you to step onboard, turn on the engines and go out and enjoy the water. That’s what yachting is all about.”
