100 percent made in Italy and produced by Movitra, RIVA sunglasses have already received the Best Functionality Prize during Milan Design Week at the Land Rover BORN Awards.

The model is inspired by the timeless elegance for which Riva fleets have always been renowned and is named “Aquarama”.

Every single feature perfectly encapsulates the unique quality, innovation and craftsmanship that have earned Riva an international reputation for perfection.

Beyond aesthetics, the design brief was to cater to a simple, common need: to protect lenses from everyday bumps and scratches.

Movitra, specialists in premium eyewear, invented and patented an exclusive design.

The arms of the glasses are shaped like the keel that runs from the stern to the foredeck and onto the hull of the legendary Aquarama superyacht, while the shape of the decorative details is based on the air intakes of the classic Ariston.

Included among the colours is the nautical brand’s unmistakeable trademark aquamarine hue.

The glasses come with polarized Carl Zeiss lenses in a choice of two colours: black and white.

RIVA by Movitra glasses will be on sale exclusively from Riva dealers by the end of June and thereafter, available via the official Riva online store alongside a wide range of products, from designer home décor pieces and collectibles to clothing, accessories and high-tech items.
