Spacious, gracious and entirely unique, the latest addition to the Whitehaven fleet, the Whitehaven 6000 Flybridge La Robelle will be on show at the 2018 Sydney International Boat Show, 2 to 6 August.

19.1-metres, La Robelle was custom crafted to her owners’ requirements and is destined for many fantastic days cruising from her new home-base of Brisbane.

With her metallic silver hull, La Robelle is the sistership of her equally customised predecessor, the navy-hulled Bella Sky.

“Her owners inspected Bella Sky at the 2017 Sydney boat show and were impressed with their ability to customise their own version of this exceptional model,” explained Ryan Hanson, Production Director at Whitehaven.

“They made up their minds that the flybridge model, with its massive social and entertaining space and aft deck, was ideal for them and worked closely with our design team to bring their vision to life.”

The owners selected Whitehaven for the numerous features they could include in their 60-foot cruiser, including the generous indoor-outdoor entertaining zones and the spacious tender garage.

The 6000 Flybridge offers the option of either a tender/toy garage to accommodate craft up to 3.6-metres or a Beach Club/recreational room with a full bathroom including shower. Both are accessed via internal stairs from the saloon.

During the 12 months of La Robelle’s construction, her proud owners visited their vessel twice – once at the factory and then again for sea trials.

“They are thrilled with the appearance and performance of La Robelle,” stated Mr Hanson.

“Their vessel is unique, finished in gloss walnut with their own 3Beaches textiles on furnishings throughout. They are particularly pleased with the huge entertaining spaces, including the aft seating on the flybridge, as they plan to host a lot of people onboard during their cruising north to the Whitsundays.”

On the water for only a few weeks, La Robelle has already inspired her own homage, with a 6400 model in the works.

This exciting model offers a variety of amenities including a Beach Club with full wet bar and bathroom, a tender garage, which can accommodate a huge 4.2m tender as well as a laundry with separate washer and dryer, or a full-beam guest cabin with queen sized bed and ensuite, all with sensational views via the transom door.

All options are accessed internally via stairs from the saloon entertaining area. This new model will also have extra spacious saloon and flybridge entertaining zones and to top it all off, the flybridge will also have a day head which is ideal for long-range cruising, additional guests or crew.

Due to its extensive living spaces and its ‘no compromise’ second Master cabin, the Whitehaven 6400 Flybridge will be the ultimate entertainer, or ideal shared ownership vessel amongst family or friends. Consider the possibilities of this revolutionary new model: “Share Your Whitehaven Journey with Friends”.

Further details about this exciting new model will be announced at SIBS, along with updates on the soon-to-arrive Coupe 6100 Euro Edition and the much-anticipated Harbour Classic 40.

La Robelle will join the impressive flagship of the Whitehaven range, the 7500 Sports Yacht “Finito” on display at the 51st Sydney International Boat Show, Darling Harbour, 2 to 6 August 2018.
